You can expect to be greeted by warm and friendly staff in a calm and cozy environment. We will walk you through all of the steps of your head spa service to ensure that you feel comfortable, relaxed, and pampered.

Of course! It doesn't matter if you have short hair, long hair, or no hair we can service you. Japanese Head Spa traditionally focuses on relaxation, massage techniques, and a healthy scalp. Having short hair or no hair does not prevent you from receiving services.

We only use the best products on our clients! In fact, most of the products that we use are from the Cecred product line.

No need to worry! Our stylist do a thorough hair and scalp analysis as apart of every head spa service to help determine the best way to approach your hair and scalp needs.

Our head spa service does include a basic blow dry. If you would like to add styling services (i.e. traditional round brush blow out. silk press, wash & go, basic braid down) to your head spa session please add that service on during checkout.

To prepare for your visit please come with your hair thoroughly detangled and free of any braids or protective styles. Also, your face should be clean and free of any make up products. Please note, that if you arrive and your hair is not properly detangled and prepared to go right into your head spa service you will be refused service and your deposit is non-refundable. This policy helps to ensure that all services are performed in a timely manner.

Hygiene & Service Readiness
For the comfort, safety, and relaxation of all guests, we kindly ask that clients arrive with appropriate personal hygiene prior to receiving head spa services. Because these treatments involve close contact, aromatherapy, and a tranquil environment, we reserve the right to decline or reschedule services if hygiene standards are not met. This policy is never personal and helps us maintain a clean, peaceful, and enjoyable experience for everyone.

A $50 deposit is required for ALL clients to secure your appointment. This deposit will be applied toward your remaining service balance at checkout. If you need to reschedule and provide at least 48 hours’ notice, your deposit may be moved one time as a courtesy to a new date. All deposits are non-refundable.
